Great location with beautiful sea view from the room. Good swimming pools and jacuzzis, especially the ones on the rooftop. Enjoyed the unique experience of swimming with dolphins.
Staff was not very friendly or helpful, especially at the fitness reception. Slow and disorganized service at the pool area.

We had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. the luxurious amenities provided were exceptional, including the high, end Spa & wellness centre, the indoor and outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing sauna. the service from the attentive staff was impeccable, especially with the breakfast served in, room every morning. the outdoor sun terrace was perfect for lounging the day away under the sun, enjoying the stunning view of the surroundings and the beach access. the live entertainment was a pleasant surprise, and the full, body massage left us feeling pampered and relaxed.
The only minor downside was the limited food options available at the poolside snack bar. Although the bar/lounge area had an extensive range of beverages on offer, the packed lunches and special diet menus were not in line with expectations for a venue this luxurious.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The facilities were top-notch, with warm swimming pools and jacuzzies that had mesmerizing sea views. The highlight of our trip was definitely the aquarium with dolphins. It was a unique and unforgettable experience. As young people, we also appreciated the high-class atmosphere and excellent room service of the hotel.

We had a fabulous time at this hotel and resort. The location was perfect, with a stunning view of the sea from the Panorama restaurant. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a good variety of options. The rooms were wonderful, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff was very helpful and most of them spoke English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the fact that the hotel was in front of the airport, making it convenient for us to catch our flights. the facilities and room advantages made our experience truly memorable.
One small negative aspect was that some of the tiling around the pools was chipped away and not replaced.

The exclusive amenities were truly luxurious and my needs were exceptionally fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre offered the best massage I ever had and the indoor swimming pool was always clean. the beauty treatment and sauna were also top-notch. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were simply stunning. the Infinity pool on the rooftop terrace had a breathtaking view of the sea.
The only minor issue that I encountered was the service at the Restaurant. the food took slightly longer than expected to arrive.
